The Council of Christians and Jews relies on the support and involvement of members and friends. There are a number of ways you can get involved with CCJ's work.
CCJ runs projects which bring Jews and Christians from all facets of society together in dialogue. We work with university chaplains on our Side by Side project and with Christian clergy and Jewish communities on our Antisemitism Now project. In addition to the projects mentioned, CCJ runs a number of other projects. If you would like to suggest a project, please contact us.
Becoming a member of CCJ brings a number of benefits. As a member of CCJ you can help us to fight antisemitism and aid us in bringing Jews and Christians together.
CCJ relies on volunteers to help with the running of both Central Office and branches across the United Kingdom.
Volunteering at CCJ Central Office is a varied and enjoyable experience; recently volunteers have helped to catalogue the CCJ Library. Volunteers are given a daily lunch allowance and travel expenses. We welcome enquiries from all those who would like to volunteer.
If you would like to volunteer for your local branch in any capacity, please contact us.
Periodically CCJ may display recruitment opportunities. Paid positions are normally based at CCJ Central Office in London. Currently there are no vacancies.
