Accessibility at CCJ

Making CCJ's website accessible to as many people as possible is our priority. In an attempt to maximise accessibility, this website only uses Flash for the embedding of YouTube films.

Why is CCJ's website not appearing fully in Internet Explorer 6?

CCJ is working to improve the appearance of the CCJ website in IE6 and currently all of the features on the site are accessible to IE 6 users. We recommend that you update your browser in order to see the site at its best. The website is best viewed in Mozilla Firefox versions 2 or 3, Internet Explorer versions 7 or 8 and recent versions of Chrome and Safari. For a better browsing experience, we recommend that you download Mozilla Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 8, Chrome or Safari.

Why are some elements overflowing the page?

There could be two reasons for this: it is possible that you have javascript disabled. Although this site is navigable without javascript enabled, it is better viewed with javascript enabled.

It is possible that elements are overflowing the page because you have used Ctrl + to zoom the page in. It is possible to reset this by going to 'View' in your browser, and selecting 'Zoom' - 'Reset'. This website has a text increase/text decrease function on every page to reduce the need for the use of Zoom.

The CCJ film is not appearing for me. Why is this?

To view both the CCJ informational film and the Holocaust Memorial Day film, you will need Flash Player 8 or above. This is downloadable from the Adobe Flash Player site.
